In the event of separation of the employee from the employment relationship due to the death or disability of the employee, the Company pays the employee an amount of six (6) months of basic salary that cannot be paid before the date of death of the employee or the date on which the employee has defined a disability as set out above. In the event of the employee`s death, severance pay is paid to the surviving spouse, estate or personal representative of the worker.
