`sensitive personal data` means (i) specific categories of personal data listed in European Union Regulation 2016/679, Article 9(1) or its successor laws; (ii) protected patient, medical or other health information regulated by HIPAA; (iii) credit, debit or other payment card data subject to PCI DSS; (iv) other personal data that is regulated or protected under certain laws such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (or related rules or regulations); (v) social security numbers, driving licence numbers or other national identification numbers; or (vi) any data similar to the foregoing, protected by foreign or domestic laws or regulations. Technical and billing contacts are considered Product Owners and are entitled to request license/subscription changes. 5.1. Use your data to provide you with cloud products. You retain all right, title and interest in your data in the form that will be transmitted to the cloud products. Subject to these terms and only to the extent necessary to provide you with the cloud products, you grant us a temporary worldwide license to access, use, process, copy, distribute, implement, export and display your data. Only to the extent that reformatting your data for display in a cloud-based product constitutes a modification or derivative work does the above license also include the right to make changes and derivative works. We may also access your accounts, end user accounts, and cloud products with end-user permission to respond to your support requests. Good Software`s usual business practice is to allow customers to return software within 30 days of payment, for any reason or no reason, and to obtain a refund of the amount paid for the returned software. A return means that Good Software deactivates the license key that allowed the software to work.
Good Software does not accept returns after the expiry of the 30-day return period. Returns are not available for hosted services. Your order through the Atlassian Marketplace or from an authorized reseller (“Order”) indicates your authorized use for the Products, which may include: (a) the defined number of installations, the number of specific people, for whom you have paid the necessary fees and that you designate through the relevant Product (“Authorized Users”), the number of authorized servers, the number of unique registration platforms and/or other defined resource usage limitations, (b) memory or capacity (for hosted services), c) number of licenses, copies or instances (for the Software) or d) other restrictions or units not found (any units mentioned above, if any, the “Usage Volume”). The term “order” also includes any applicable product or support service extensions or purchases you make to expand or update your usage. .
